In no event shall MathEdit or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
Our tools integrate third-party APIs (such as Desmos). Your use of these specific tools is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such external services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with international digital service standards, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
